This is a baby friendly class. Moms bring your
little ones and enjoy some time on your mat!

4pm-5pm Hips and Back flow class
6pm-7pm Yoga for Backs
This is a pre-registered class. This class is designed to help release tension from back muscles and to bring the spine back into proper alignment.
