Unless otherwise indicated, all of the following classes are drop in classes. All classes are open to beginners and experienced students.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me for information.  I look forward to meeting you on the mat!


Monday

10am-11am Monday Mix-Up
This is a baby friendly class.  Moms bring your
little ones and enjoy some time on your mat!

7:30pm-8:45pm Warming Candlelight Hatha

Tuesday

9:30am-10:30am  Warming Yin Yang


Wednesday

7pm-8pm Yin Yoga
8:30pm-9:30pm Candlelight Slow Flow


Thursday

8:45am-9:45am Zesty Flow

Breathing Room- Red Deer 

4pm-5pm Hips and Back flow class
6pm-7pm Yoga for Backs

This is a pre-registered class.  This class is designed to help release tension from back muscles and to bring the spine back into proper alignment.

7:30pm- 8:30pm Breathe & Heal
This is a meditation and Restorative yoga class.
